The Chant du Verdier estate has two cozy and fully equipped gîtes and a luxurious chambres d’hôtes (B&B). They can be rented together or separately. For example, a house (gîte) can be rented together with the separate room so that a family of a couple can live together during the day, but at night sleep in separate houses. They are ideal for families or groups of friends up to 10 persons. The private swimming pool (10 x 5m) shared jointly with us has a spacious sun terrace and easy chairs is at our guest’s disposal all day long. The garden is a lovely space for everyone to enjoy the flowers, to play jeu de boules, badminton, and tennis table or go on the swing and walk through the forest.
The luxury gîtes and chambres d’hôtes have been restored with great care and respect for authenticity including an old baker’s oven, (four a pain), stone sinks (éviers), beautiful old stone floors and authentic beamed ceilings. The heavy stone walls of between 60 and 80 thick mean that it’s lovely and cool in the summer and pleasantly warm in the winter.
"For those who want to make memories that add shine to life!"

Gîtes in general
Both gîtes have their own private terrace with garden tables and chairs, a barbecue and sunshade. There is a television and DVD player in each gîte. There is electric heating and the hot water supply is heated by solar energy. The kitchens in the gîtes have all the modern facilities and are equipped with everything the amateur cook could dream of. All the gîtes have standard linen and towels for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and towels for swimming pool and the final cleaning of the gîte is included in the rent.
And should you wish fresh rolls and croissants for breakfast, you can have them delivered at your door from 9 o’clock in the morning.
WIFI is available, but take into account the occasional hitch. After all, we live in the countryside!
